PALM COAST — Bo Trivett has successfully sold cars, mortgages and cellphones through a series of successful job changes and business ventures.

Earlier this year, the 49-year-old started Trivett Homes, based in Bunnell, with the hope of riding the improving homebuilding industry.

The Flagler County resident has a simple business philosophy and a knack of staying just ahead of the economy’s ups and downs and changing consumer demands.

“My philosophy is the same. It’s a product and I have to sell it. Cars, mortgages, phones or homes, it’s all the same principle. Have good people and take care of the customers,” Trivett said. “I am not an expert at any of them, but I am good at taking care of customers, identifying problems, understanding what the market needs for any individual industry and what it takes to give the customers the best experience.”
